U're amazing, bread looks so good each time. Moreover, u use different kind of method. I just bought a book about bread making, feel like giving up after knowing the steps to prepare the old dough! I still find it hard to learn to make bread, one of the lazy reason is... I need to knit by hand... So keep it up.

Hi Florence,
My baked TZ wholemeal bread has a strong yeast smell. Why is it so? Is it not cooked well enough?
Really don't like the smell.....

Florence, this loaf looks great. What difference do you see between breads baked with the old dough and those baked with TZ? Any preference?
