My opinion:
If you ask me if this is good to use, I have no complaints because this is a credit card reward points redemption gift. Also I do not own a mixer, so the mixing and kneading of the bread machine does help me a lot during bread making process.
If you are thinking about a bread machine, you may consider buying a heavy duty mixer instead. Mixer can help you with cake making eg. beating of egg white or creaming butter and also mixing and kneading of bread dough.

I tried making 65C bread using my bread maker. The bread is soft but the texture is rough, with holes unlike the one that you baked. Do I have to knead it until shiny after the proofing in the machine? Mine was a bit sticky. Also, it has a very strong yeast smell. I hope you can give me some advise. Thanks in advance.
Hi Florence!
All your breads look lovely.. i am hoping to try the 65C bread later on this week after seeing your guide helped me to understand.
Can you please tell me how you shape your sausage rolls bread???
thank you!!!

Hi Florence,
I just bought a 2nd hand Kenwood breadmaker. If i want to make punpkin breadloaf, when shud i add the mashed pumpkin. Thanks
Hi,
I have not baked it in the BM. Will let you know after I have tried it.
T from perth,
Thank you.
Just roll the required amount about 50 - 60g of the dough into a long rope and wind it round the sausage.
Happy baking. :)
Hi,
If you are using the bread machine to bake then mashed pumpkin is considered a wet ingredient, so it should be added before you add in the flour. :)
Thanking u in advance.
hey your blog is fab!
thumbs-upˇˇ
can u post the schedule of your bread machine?
like how long the first knead is and the time for the dough to rise
i wanna compare it to mine
cuz my dough does not get to the membrane stage
thx!
