Sweet Corn Konnyaku

Last night I did a simple no fuss sweet corn konnyaku jelly from Lucy's Blog.
See, we even have the same set of jelly moulds.
This is a easy and yet delicious recipe, do give it a try.

These are the basic ingredients, and of course you need water too.

LOL! I've got a similar mould!
I usually just make konnyaku jellies with longan inside. This corn + coconut recipe is interesting!

Hi sammy,
Do not know of any online store that sells this.
But if you are really keen, I would be glad to buy them for you and mail them over.
This mould costs HK$10 a piece.
Check out this site:

Thank you for the website! You are so lucky to have a specialty store in your area. My friend will be going to HK, if she does not have time to help me get it, I would very much appreciate if you can help me buy it!

Hi Florence,

I'm so thrilled my friend can help me purchase the molds and powder.
Can I ask which konnyaku powder did you get? I looked at the twinco website, and there are so many. which one is it? 無糖蒟蒻凍粉? I don't want to get the wrong one as I don't have many chances to buy it. Thank you again! Sammy

Hi Sammy,
The one you cited is the unflavoured one, that is fine too as you can add your own flavouring using juice or etc.

The ones with flavor have sugar added. I think it may be too sweet and wouldn't flavored powder make your sweet corn konnyaku recipe taste different with the added flavors? sammy (Sorry! I have so many questions!!)
